Certain “auto” presents I have do not register or work whenever I try to use them on the mobile/ipad app

I have “auto” presents that automatically brighten up the exposer/tone for images. These presents don’t work on any mobile device app. I used them on my iphone and iPad and it doesn’t load or register the present. It doesn’t let me click it. I can see from the thumbnail on what it would look like on the thumbnail but nothing happens to the image. I can “undo” it but it doesn’t change the image still. The presents work on computers and desktop version but not any mobile app device. If I login online through my iPad and request a desktop version, the presents load and work fine. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, signing out and logging it, clearing the cache, restarting the devices, but nothing works for the mobile devices
