Certain edited images dont synch from Classic across to Lightroom or LR Mobile

Frustration alert! I edit in LR Classic then create a collection from folder and synch it with LR and LR Mobile. I have about 4 photos from last week that appear to refuse to synch. Everything else shows the edited finished versions from same day apart from the ones in question. I can even see a different version of the image in the camera roll at the bottom of Lightroom than I can see in the main window view. Camera roll has the edited version but the main window shows the unedited RAW image - I dont even know if Im making sense anymore. Why doesnt everything just synch up across the whole cloud etc

 

Two files attached - once showing Classic which is showing exactly how the finished NEF file is.  The other is the Lightroom version which shows unedited in main window, edited on camera roll though still not the finished edit
