Change Adobe account of LR Mobile with unsynced photos.

I continued to use LR mobile on my Android phone after my subscription ran out. Now I have another payed Adobe CC account. I would like to change from my old account to my new payed account on LR Mobile.

When I click logout I get the message "your photo's might be deleted", so I did not log out.

How do I log into my new account, keeping the unsynced photos + edits that are now on the mobile app so I can get them synced to my PC?
