change lightroom subscription to a new computer

I recently purchased a new computer that is better equiped for photo editing then my old computer.  How do I transfer my subscription to my new computer?  Will changing affect my existing photos?

    In simple summary-

    Install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App on the new computer,

    Sign-in to Adobe with the Desktop App,

    Install the Apps that your subscription permits.

     

    Your subscription allows you to-

    -Install the software Apps on any number of computers,

    -Activate by Sign-in to  TWO computers at the same time.

    -Use only one computer at a time.
