Change subscription to Lightroom classic

im currently on the Lightroom CC plan with 1TB (monthly payments) and I and want to switch to creative cloud plan with lightroom classic. Whenever i confirm the "terms and conditions" to switch a message pop's up that something went wrong. I've been on hold for over an hour for the second time at customer care and I just really want this sorted out asap.

any tips?

    Have you installed LR Classic?

    If not go to the apps tab in Creative Cloud desktop and click install.

    Activating sync (under the identity plate - hover top left in LR Classic Library) will download everything (originals in the cloud) into the LR Classic Library and your nominated folder(s).
