changed phone - light room mobile thinks I'm not a premium account

i just got a new phone (android). im a premium member. signed in to my Google play account. lightroom doesn't recognise I'm a premium member. says to contact support.

any ideas?

From where have you downloaded Lightroom? Have you tried re-login into the account?
