Changing area of color in lightroom

Hi I am having trouble working out how to change the background of the BP logo on the pump to green. Tried masking tools but can't work it out thanks

I Imagine with a few masks, using color range and drawn masks - Then edit using Color and Point Color you may get some of the way there (you may not have Point Color if you are using teh Web interface).

 

I would prefer to use Photoshop for this if you have it.
