Changing the storage preferences

Just when I think I have it all figured out, another four hour odyssey time suck.  How in the world do I get the lightroom mobile app to actually export to my SD drive.

Under "Device Info and Storage" it says you can do this.  Yet, it keeps on storing to my Internal Phone storage.

For the love of god why does nothing work the way it is supposed to?
