Charged even after I cancelled subscription

I have installed this Lightroom app and subscribe to it. Upon checking that it can't serve the purpose I deactivated the plan on the same day while I was on free trial. Yesterday I have been robbed by the company. And now when I am deleting my account, it says that I must first cancel the active substitution. When I go to cancel the subscription it only says RENEW.

What an absolute SCAM!!!
