charged for Lightroom subscription but still says buy now

I purchased the monthly subription from my Macbook Lightroom app. The money came out of my account. But it still says buy now. When I try to restore my purchase lightroom says that the subscription has already been purchased with another Adobe ID. Contact support is nowhere to be found.

It sounds like you subscribed with a different Adobe ID. Try signing out, then sign in with that Adobe ID.
