Clear my app cache totally lost.

Dear friends recently my photos in Adobe Lightroom are not able to open.yesterday i cleared the app cache of Adobe lightroom.photos in the gallery is also lost what could be the reason?? Please give ur feedback on <Email removed for privacy>

How exactly did you clear the app cache? And are your photos synced to Adobe's cloud?
