Cleared Lightroom CC storage, now local files are missing

I just cleared Lightroom CC via my desktop since my 100gb of storage was used up. Now I can't access files that I imported directly to the app on my Ipad pro, that did not sync because cloud storage was full. Is there a way to either find these photos and re-import to Lightroom CC mobile, or have I inadvertently destroyed files that I didn't have backed up?

How did you clear the Library? At http://lightroom.adobe.com/?

 

If the files hadn't synced, I wouldn't have thought they would have been able to be deleted. Have to tried looking in the Deleted section, that holds the file for 60 days?
