Clone Stamp Tool in Mobile app not working

Why is the clone stamp tool in the lightroom mobile app greyed out and not an option to use with both raw and jpg images. This is on an iPhone. The healing brush works fine. This only started after the lastest software update that happened recently.

Have you tried to tap on photo and then select the clone tool? Mine is greyed out until I do that, afterwards I cam swap between the two tools.
