Cloud storage (1TB) empty - all photos gone
Today I wanted to upload and edit photos and on starting LR CC I was uncharacteristically asked to log-in. This I did and my 1 TB storage is empty, all folders and albums are not available or visible.
The app obviously recognises some of the settings as it asked for the external hard drive, which was not connected.
I have restarted a few times, logged out and in again, checked my account (still valid) but am unable to find my photos.
It would be extremely annoying to have lost everything as even if I have the photos backed up I do not have the edited versions of the raw images (only the jpeg version).
This would not be acceptable and a good reason not to use LR CC.
Can anyone help?

Message was edited by: Colin Mackenzie A small addendum: If I log-in using the web interface I have all the folders, albums and photos available. It is obviously only the App that has issues accessing the cloud storage. I am using a MacBook pro. C
