Cloud storage is not released

Hello,

 

I use Lightroom Classic with a subscription and 20GB cloud storage. Over time, I have accumulated a few images that I have deleted in the meantime (also from the recycle bin).

There are currently 15 mobile phone pictures in the cloud.

 

However, the storage space allocation shows me that I am using 4.7GB.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

 

It seems to me that the storage space for all the deleted photos has not been released.

But they are definitely deleted.

Yes, about 6000, but "only" Smart Previews from the Mac. That's also about the amount of space used.

 

But the files have been deleted for at least a week now, including from the recycle bin.

I'm told you have files in the Creative Cloud Archive.  Please navigate to https://assets.adobe.com/deleted  to see and delete them.

Hello Peter,

 

Thank you, that is correct. I have now deleted the files. Before, 4.7? GB were occupied, now unfortunately still 4.6GB.

 

Will it take over midnight until the memory is released?

Or have I overlooked other files? I also overlooked the files in the creative cloud archive.

I've asked the Creative Cloud team to take a look at this.  Have you recently deleted files from the Creative Cloud?

It looks like most of your storage is being used by other apps in the Creative Cloud.  Please log into your account at https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and take a look at what you are storing there.
