Cloud storage numbers in Lightroom and Creative Cloud are off minimal

Hey, like I said in the title can someone maybe explain me please why the numbers of my Cloud Storage (20GB) are in Lightroom 9.8GB and in the Creative Cloud 10GB and in Creative Cloud on the Web 10.1 GB. Is this simply a rounding error?
