Cloud storage showing full after deleting almost all Lightroom files (Windows)

Question

Hi, I have a few questions
 
but first my problem, I got the red exclamation mark and the message that I have to free up space in lightroom as I have used up the 1TB storage
 
the problem is I only have one image standing and I have deleted all my used files as I have them in other ways
 
and if I go to creative cloud, it says that I don't have files either, apart from that I have 12 presets with 10 in each, which I don't think should take up 1 tb
 
can anyone help me with this or give me some contact to adope so i can get some help with this

Hi Casper,

Thanks for reaching out. Which version of Lightroom and Windows are you using?

Did you try deleting the files from here https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents? If not, try these steps:

-Open the folder on the browser

-Go to the link mentioned above

- Go to folder "Deleted."

- Selected everything and delete it permanently

- The storage space will be updated

Re-login to the account once done. Let us know if this helps.
