Thanks for the update. Although it was initially reported for Lightroom Classic, you can follow the steps shared by Simon on 30th October: https://adobe.ly/4pEQ3b2;

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hey, @Spiderpig_David. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Please test and confirm if the issue appears with a specific set of images that have not been edited, and share the system information from Lightroom Help > System Info> Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

Also, where are the original images stored, on the internal or external drive?

Just to be sure, ensure Lightroom has the required permissions on the macOS: https://adobe.ly/43zB3AJ

Thanks!

All the photos are stored in cloud, I cannot find lightroom help in app, all I can find is the question mark on the top right corner but that only gives editing advices. I did manage to do a screen recording, here is it: (https://screenapp.io/app/v/L2iOWzDrdc), I am pretty sure lightroom has all the permissions because it has been functioning absolutely fine, the malfunction happened really sudden and no changes were made to the computer or the system.
