Collaborative proofing for clients box not appearing

Went to try and check if a client had made selections and I can not see the proofing icon at the bottom any longer? I use this feature with all clients and am freaked out right now. I was able to click the link I had sent them and can see the gallery and that I can select images but I have no way of seeing what the client selected at this time or a way to set up a new client for their gallery. Please help and advise.
