Collections, catalogs and synching between phone, camera and PC?

I have been using LR mobile, and recently got a new camera and new PC. I am trying to determine the best way to organize downloads, uploads, catalogs etc between LR mobile, my smartphone, my PC and my camera. I also shoot in raw, and I was thinking I might like to import my raw files to a separate collection or catalog, but not sure if that is a waste of space and time.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Google search brings up a lot of answers, but none that seem to be appropriate to my needs.
