color editing gray out

My older photos, the color adjustment is no longer available, its all grayed out. But my newer photos its still available. They were able to be color corrected previously.

We had an issue when my husband asked me to move all my photo files to the D drive, and then all my photos were gone off Lightroom, but we got them back. I didn't realize this issue until recently. What do I do? I don't wanna lose photos i shot in the past and not able to edit them all the way now. 

Just updated no change

And now all my photos are gone. i give up
