"Color mix" doesnt work

A pontential bug: "color mix" feature doesn't work. I belive this is supposed to work like the HSL secondary for lightroom for desktop, except all 3 sliders for any color don't affect the image whatsoever. 

(I'm also using an older android phone so it's possible this issue was fixed for newer builds.)
