Color Mixer is broken

Hi!  I have used LIghtRoom CC for several months and have been very happy with it.  However, in the last couple days, SUDDENLY, my color mixer channels are not working.  They worked fine before.

Now, If I select, say, an orange and slide the slider, the slider button does not move, but the color of my photo changes and sometimes to an off color tone for the whole photo.  If I click to reset, it does not change what has happened on the photo although the slider button still remains in the neutral position.

Something has broken or I have inadvertently pushed a wrong button or???? Help?

Hi paulag58655717,

Sorry that the Color Mixer panel is not working as expected in Lightroom CC. Could you please let us know the exact version of Lightroom CC you're using?

Also, does the selected color in the mixer changes toy what you're expecting if you enter the numbers instead of using the slider?

Regards,

Akash

I do not see how to adjust the numbers instead of the slider. The top

slider in the panel sometimes allows me to type a number, but none of

the others do.  They do not even give a blue line to type on.

I tested it by making a copy of my photo

Pulled down Color in the color mixer area.

selected magenta

tried to run the slider

no movement to the slider.

However, if I click on the hue or saturation line, my photo changes, but

does NOT give a number nor does the slider move.

if I "reset" the slider by clicking on its name, it may or may not

change back.

Clicking on the line to advance in that one channel, may result in odd

colors, like blue in the red channel.

Keep in mind that all this was working well up to a certain point.  No

problems at all.

I will try to give you any other information you need.

Thank you for your help.

We'd like to know the exact version of LRCC that you are using. Can you do Help>System Info and post a screenshot of the first few lines of the information to include the Lightroom CC Version and OS details.
