Colors re totally different when i export

im using the latest version of LightRoom on a Windows 10. Every time i export something in any Adobe software (Lr, LrC, Pr) colors get totally different from what i was seeing. My adobe previews never match to the picure when i see it on Photo View or on my cellphone screen

What are your export settings, in particular what color space? If you view a photo in a non-color managed app, then the colors will always be unpredictable. The larger the color space, the more extreme the difference will be.
