“com.adobe.dynamiclinkmanagerLR6” showing up in Trash folder (Mac)

Hi!  I am attempting to import photos into Lightroom CC this morning and only part of the photos imported.  The rest are grayed out and if you click on them it says photos have already been imported, however they cannot be found anywhere in Lightroom.  I exited out of LR, restarted my computer, and when I logged back on this file was in my trash folder: 

“com.adobe.dynamiclinkmanagerLR6” 

Any ideas what I should do with this file that is in trash, and/or how I can properly import the photos that are grayed out?
