Como importar e exportar fotos no Lightroom em alta qualidade.

Quando comecei a editar minhas fotos no Lightroom com iPad, eu postava minhas fotos no Instagram e ficavam com uma qualidade boa, agora parece que não estão. Não sei se foi alguma confirmação que mexi e não sei reverter ou se estou fazendo algo errado. Pode ser algum problema na importação das fotos para o Lightroom, pode ser na exportação desses arquivos no Lightroom, pode ser proxies que eu estou usando e estou salvando-os... alguém poderia me ajudar?

I recommend trying Share > Export As to save images to your camera roll, with the look and image size/details you prefer.

Then import add to Instagram from your camera roll.

My understanding is the team is working on improving share to Instagram, but I can't say when to expect those improvements.
