Company single login lost lightroom settings

Question

Company adobe account. Used for 5 years. This week it was swapped from a adobe normal log into the cloud system to a company single log in.  Same email so I assume same account.  Lightroom has lost all its settings and folders.  Surely this is held local ?  Any ideas how to get all my presets back ?

We're sorry for the trouble. While doing the company to personal account, did your email id changed? Which Lightroom version are you using? If you have made the changes on the same email address, login to Lightroom Web and check if you see your images and presets: https://adobe.ly/4ih0sWR
