connexion au serveur impossible

Bonjour,

ma collègue et moi ne parvenons pas à ajouter des photos dans Lightroom, nous bénéficions d'une licence et d'un réseau d'entreprise. Un message d'erreur apparait et indique "connexion au serveur impossible".

Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I have reviewed your account & the issue could be with the type of entitlement you have on your account.

Are you able to open Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & upload images?
