Constant Crashing

I can't pinpoint exactly when it started, but Lightroom mobile keeps crashing on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared cache, cleared storage, everything... with no improvement. It will sometimes allow me to edit and export one photo before crashing. Sometimes, it will crash just before exporting, and lose all my edits.

Engineering would like to collect some logs from you. 

 

Open Settings Panel, long press on the top left “Lr” icon. This will enable a “Send Feedback” button on the settings panel.

 

Now perform the usual tasks in LrA for few minutes and then please reopen the Settings Panel and tap on “Send Feedback” from settings panel. This will open your email client after a few moments, and the logs will be attached.

The team did not receive your log: 

 

"There is a mail from this ID with Screenshot attachment, but no diagnostic logs."

Can you repeat the instructions and make sure you are sending the log?

I've been having the same problem since yesterday. I wish they would fix it!
