Conta adobe

Question

eu tinha uma conta partir de uma instituição escolar a ETIC no entanto o prazo do plano da adobe expirou. Eu ia para renovar a subscrição e quando entro perdi todos os ficheiros que tinha supostamente guardado na nuvem da abode. O que posso fazer?

If you try signing into your same account using the Lightroom Downloader, are you able to choose your educational account? The Lightroom Downloader is a tool that allows users to download all files from Lightroom cloud storage, as long as the account is still accessibile. If your educational account is no longer accessible, please contact your school plan Administrator to see what they can do to help. Your plan Administrator has access to Adobe Enterprise Support, if needed.
