Contact Customer Care: Charged cancellation fee for cancelling 26 days after unexpected auto-renewal
I have just tried to cancel my Photography plan as I am no longer using it. I have found that despite being just 26 days into this plan (which auto-renewed without my knowledge!) I am due to be charged a £50+ early cancellation fee.
I am very unhappy about this. I was not aware my subscription would auto renew, and especially not that I would be charged a fee. What am I being charged for, exactly??? I can see no way this charge is justified in either a business or ethical sense.
I am also unable to speak to anyone about this as Adobe doesn't offer any contact details other than this forum.
Please can someone from the Adobe customer service team contact me about this.
