Contacting Support: Subscription not working

Hi! This matter is not the the community but to the support. I dont know why they make it so hard to get in thouch with them (ok I know why and got annoyed with it). Anyhow, I renewed my subscription yesterday but when I open the Lr app on my computer it still says that subscription has ended. In app store it says clearly that I have renewed my subscription.

From where did you purchase it? What type of plan have you purchased? 

Did you try signing out and signing back in? Which version of Lightroom are you using?

We're ere to help, just need some info.
