Continuous loading after opening app offline

Question

I travel alot, and Lightroom is my go-to editing app because of its portable nature, all the features packed and downloaded. But despite this LR doesn't load? Hopefully this is a bug, because the editing works fine offline, just not if you start it up that way.

Hey, @Samuel Schultz. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more information to help you figure this out.

Do you import images while you're travelling offline? Does your entire Lightroom library appear to be in loop or does this happen with certain albums or recent imports?

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) and ensure everything is synced to the cloud. Once sure, uninstall Lightroom from the mobile device > restart the device > Install Lightroom again & check if the issue exists.

If the issue does not exists at the a couple of intial launches, try importing a bunch of images & then let them sync > go offiline, restart the device without internet & see if the issue appears again.
