Crash and Endlessly Syncing on Android

Aagh I paid for lightroom because it wasn't working. I try and add a picture and it stays blank, I try and open a preset on discover and it goes black with a whirring thing

I've cleared cache

I've uninstall and reinstalled

I've signed out and in

I've paid for premium 

I've rebooted my phone

And it's a brand new A53 5g phone as of last month.
