Crash when logging in

Question

Hi, I have a problem with Lightroom (not the Classic one) turning off on my laptop 30 seconds after turning on the program.
Today, when I tried to enter the program, I was kicked out of it, my profile has been logged out (I am still logged in to Creative Cloud). I can't log into Lightroom because I get kicked out every time. I tried to turn off the laptop, checked the drivers and memory, but unfortunately that's not it.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation, what should I do?

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?
