Crashes when applying masks

Hi,

I'm having some annoying crashes more and more often on Lightroom CC. It's usually when I try to apply a radial or lienar filter. I just get an error message saying lightroom had a problem and asking me if I want to send a report. I've sent a lot of them, ignored it some times, it's still happening and it's more and more often!!

I precise that I have a brand new very good computer (i7 12th gen, 32G ram, 1T SSD, Nvidia 4Gb) and I'm not running anything else than lightroom. I don't know what to do anymore ! I'm a photographer, it's my job and I'm loosing so much time (of course verytime it crashes, I loose all the modifs I did on the pic and need to start all over again).

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

 

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

Hi,

Yes it's the same email, I've sent maybe 6 or 7 crash report only today! 

Sometimes it opens a crash dialog, sometimes it just says that lightroom has to close. I will join you some crash report I just got.

When you see your next Adobe Crash Report dialog, please screenshot it right before submitting it and then post a link here.
