Crashing

I am using the app on my cell phone. When I first got the app months ago, it worked amazing. Lately in the last couple weeks, after editing a photo I go to save it and the app crashes completely losing my work to the point I will have to repeat the edits 3 or 4 times to get it to save. I've tried all the trouble shooting steps that I can think of, my phone has plenty of storage space and this issue still occurs. It's becoming very irritating.

To help us look into this further, could you please provide the following details?

  • The version of Lightroom you're currently using

  • Your phone’s make and model

  • Your device’s operating system and version

  • Whether the issue occurs with specific tools or images, or consistently across all edits

 

Once we have this information, we’ll be better equipped to investigate and assist you further.

It occurs across all editing areas, but occurs most with the new early access part where you can "auto" edit images.

Sorry for the delay. To help resolve this, please try the following:

 1. Go to https://adobe.ly/3GcvfpG and confirm your edits are backed up to the cloud.
 2. Reinstall the app: Uninstall and reinstall Lightroom from the Play Store if everything is synced.
 3. Still crashing?
 • Record a screen recording showing the crash (especially when using the Auto edit in Early Access).
 • Share a sample image that causes the crash, if possible.
