Create a signature or watermark on my photographs and artwork I display on social media?

How do I create a watermark or signature to put on my photos or artwork I post on social media?

I am very new and have an IPhone 7plus that I am using with Light Room and Photoshop.

Not very technical savvy but I am all I have so willing to learn!

You can apply watermarks when exporting images, for example when using the Export As.. menu
