Create Preset Issue

Hey Y'all (and HELP!),

 

I just downloaded the Lightroom Mobile app today on my iPhone XR. Then I downloaded preset INGs I plan to use. When I go to save the preset to Lightroom, the "create preset" choice isn't available--its a light grey and the function doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas on what my issue is?

Although I don't use the phone/mobile device version of LR in your post you say you downloaded some presets and then try to save them the "Create" Preset is greyed out. I think you need to Import Presets and not Create them. Create is for when you make some changes in the Develop module and then want to Save thos changes as a New Preset.
