Creating brushes lightroom 3.1

Hi,

I'm editing a wedding I did and wanted to smooth the skin, bring light in the hair and eyes. I use to have a lightroom version of around 2014. I've upgrated my computer and lost my brushes. I wanted to create brushses to do the same thing, but all the youtube videos and help on adobe don't seem to have the option to create a brush.

I want to use the brush on multiple photos and be able to use it again later.

I've looked in the infos of my app and I seem to have Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3.1, on a desktop macOS.

Can anyone help me please?

Thank you!

If you mean that you've lost the standard Adobe-supplied brush presets (such as Burn, Dodge, Soften Skin, etc.), you can restore these by going to the Preferences>Presets tab and click on "Restore Local Adjustment Presets".

I started with Lr v5.7, so not aware of options in v3, but, at the very base of the Brush 'Effects' presets, do you see an option to [Save Current settings as a new Preset...] ?

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .
