creative cloud continually logs me out / restarts
Creative cloud continually logs me out / restarts and I get a 'token expired' message when I try to open lightroom cc.
i've had this ongoing issue for the last few months.
I've had 6 sessions with support totaling about 13hrs of remote live assistance and nothing fixes it.
I'm running windows 10 with all the latest updates and the latest version of creative cloud. I have standard windows defender firewalls and virus protection.
I've even gone so far as to reload windows from scratch to fix this issue.
I've run out of patience with the support offered by adobe. They retry the same fix over and over, turning off my firewalls and virus protection and reloading creative cloud... really not a solution as the problem just recurs again a day later.
My workflow ahs been very seriously effected and I'm about to switch to other editing software which is going to cause a major disruption but really beginning to think I have no choice
pls help!
