creative cloud/ mobile premium

Hi so I pay for adobe creative cloud and have the desktop version, but when ai downloaded lightroom mobile it was telling me that I need to pay for premium.. Some people said that it should automatically sync with my account but it hasn't it's two separate things and i'm not sure how to change that?
