Creative cloud storage

I'm trying to manage my creative cloud storage as it says I have none left but no matter how much i delete, none of the storage frees up. Help!

Apologies for the slow reply.  I think no one responded because you seem to have an Educational account, and support is handled through your school plan administrator (who has access to Adobe Enterprise level Support if needed)

 

In case it helps, I will say I see your Lightroom account using less than 1GB of 100GB that's available.  If your school plan allows you access to other apps, and you are asking about Creative Cloud storage available, please do consult with your plan administrator.
