Creative Cloud Subscription - Mobile App?

I have recently subcribed to the creative cloud for the use of LR and PS which I will use on my computer.  I have downloaded the LR mobile app and it is a decent and basic photo edior. My question is, can a subscriber use these apps on a mobile device? If so, shouldnt we be able to download app, login to prove we subscribe, and then have full access to all edting tools on our device? Help! Thanks.
