Cropped Photograph will not print full size

Hey - So, I cropped a photo in lightroom which was shot fullframe and when I went to print through Epson + the printer cut off the top and bottom of my shot. This did not happen before the crop. Is there a simple answer please?

    Any answer will need more information from you-

    Which Lighroom Version NUMBER?
    Cropped how? Vertical? Pano? Smaller?

    Epson Printer model? How printing? Paper size?

    Using Fit or Fill?

    etc.
