cropping issue

When cropping on the new update, you sometimes cannot move the overlay all the way, or it is not showing where the crop moved on the preview until you hit enter. It looks like it is stuck but when you hit enter the crop has moved.

Thanks for reporting this cropping issue.

 

To help us look into it further, could you please do the following:

  • In Lightroom, go to Help menu > System Info, copy the content, paste it into a .txt file, and upload it here. This helps us understand your hardware, GPU settings, and software environment.

  • Please share a short screen recording demonstrating the issue in action. This will really help us visualize the problem and pass it along to the product team if needed.

 

Once we have these details, we’ll be in a better position to investigate or escalate it to the product team if needed.
