Dans le module impression de Lightroom Classic mes modèles utilisateurs ont disparu. Le problème est identique sur mes deux ordinateurs. Est-il possible de les retrouver ou faut-il le re créér?

We are sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for reaching out, and good detail noting it’s happening on both of your machines.

First, please check this folder on your system:

Windows path: C:\Users<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Print Templates\

In that folder, do you still see your user templates (.lrtemplate files)? You can also do a manual search on your My PC using the keyword *lrtemplate and see if you find any of your custom print templates.

If you are able to find them:

• In Lightroom Classic, go to the Print module

• Right-click inside the Template Browser panel

• Choose Import…

• Navigate to that folder and re-import the templates

Since it happened on both machines at the same time, it’s likely:

• Caused by an reinstall/ update or preferences reset.

• Or templates not being loaded from the correct directory

Let me know what you find in the folder or after doing a manual search, and I’ll guide you to the next steps.
