Delete data from the application

Hi, I have a problem with Lightroom. I purchased the full paid version. When I went to edit the photo and use the Healing option, the whole application turned off and deleted everything from it. I have nothing there, not even purchased presets. Absolutely nothing. What should I do now?

What is your "full paid version"?

Who did you purchase from?

 

Please include the following -
Adobe product and Version number. A Screenshot of the info panel from MENU: Help/System Info...
Operating system and Version number
The full text of any Error Message(s)
