Deleted Files in Lightroom Mobile should not cause Sync Issues

When you delete a photo that has not completely synced, it stays in the Deleted folder for 60 days, durring which, the sync error will persist.   

If the file is deleted, the sync issue should also be - either that, or make it easy to find files that have sync issues in the Deleted folder (yes they are flagged, but that requires searching through all deleted photos and visually identifying which ones have sync issues).
