Deleting photos

Without knowing what photos you are deleting, how you are deleting them, and more importantly if they have been cataloged in either Lightroom Classic or one of the Abobe cloud-centric apps, it's impossible to say what, if any, impact that will have on "what is stored on the cloud" (by the way, whose cloud are you talking about?).
